Cancellation Policy
Goat Gamers Lounge – Party Policy Effective: 04/01/2025 • Location: 4805 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA This policy governs all parties at Goat Gamers Lounge. By booking, paying the fee, or participating, the Host agrees to these terms. Parents/guardians must sign waivers for minors. The facility has no lobby; non-participants must remain outside the party area. Time & Access Party times are fixed and include setup and cleanup time. Late arrivals do not extend reservations. Overtime is $40 per 15 minutes. Standard parties may occur during normal operations; private parties include exclusive use of the party room only. Booking & Payments A 50% booking fee is required & applied to the balance. It is non-refundable; cancellations made 72+ hours prior may receive a credit valid for 6 months. Remaining balances are due 24 hours before the event or at check-in. A card on file may be charged for add-ons, extra guests, overtime, damages, cleaning, or unpaid balances. The Host is responsible for damage/excessive mess caused by guests. Food & Drinks The facility is not allergen-free and cross-contact may occur. Alcohol, heating appliances, open flames, and messy or strong-odor foods are prohibited. Drinks must remain lidded near electronics. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. Conduct & Supervision At least one adult must supervise minors; staff are not chaperones. Running, roughhousing, eating or drinking over electronics, entering staff areas, recording others without consent, livestreaming without approval, alcohol, drugs, vaping, weapons, or confetti/glitter are prohibited. Violations may result in removal without refund. Operations Day-of add-ons may cost more and food orders cannot be refunded once placed. Guest limits apply (Bronze 8, Silver 10, Gold 15) with additional guests $20 if available. Staff may adjust stations for safety or operations. Final checkout may include overtime, add-ons, damages, or other fees. Liability, Media & Legal All participants must sign a waiver. Gaming and VR involve risks including slips, collisions, motion sickness, and overstimulation. VR for ages 13+. Service interruptions may occur; remedies are limited to credit or rescheduling. The facility may capture photos or video for marketing; minors require parent consent and adults may opt out in writing. Security cameras for safety. Fees, add-ons once provided, damages, cleaning, and unused time are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pennsylvania law governs this agreement.
