Cancellation Policy
OVERNIGHT LOCKOUT POLICY Applies to all lockouts. Adult rules apply for 18+. Teen rules apply if any guest is 13–17. Stricter rule governs. Booking incorporates Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Lockout Hours Sun–Thu: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (next day) Fri–Sat: 2:00 AM–10:00 AM Doors lock at start; emergency exit does not guarantee re-entry. Capacity & Pricing Do not exceed posted occupancy. $125/hr, 4-hour minimum, up to 10 guests. +$80 per additional guest (max 20). Non-players $20 after first 10. Valid card required; electronic payments may include a 3% fee. Deposit & Changes $300 non-refundable deposit. Reschedule with ≥72 hours notice. <72 hours forfeits deposit. No-shows may be billed remaining balance. Conduct & Safety Follow staff directions. Do not move, unplug, or modify equipment. Lidded drinks required near electronics. No illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, open flame, confetti/glitter, fog machines, or unapproved electronics. Gaming/VR may involve flashing lights, motion effects, and loud audio; staff may pause sessions for unsafe or impaired behavior. Cleaning & Damage $75 cleaning fee if space is left excessively dirty; $150 deep clean for spills near equipment. Damage, theft, or missing equipment may be charged to the card on file. Media & Incidents Do not record or stream other guests without consent or film staff areas. Report injuries or disturbances promptly. Staff may remove violators or end sessions without refund for safety. Service Interruptions Power/internet disruptions beyond host control may result in credit or rescheduling only. Assumption of Risk Guests acknowledge that gaming, VR, and overnight events may involve physical strain, flashing lights, motion effects, and loud audio. Participation is voluntary and at guest risk. Liability & Indemnification Guests are responsible for their conduct and any damage they cause. Booking party agrees to indemnify and hold the facility harmless from claims, injuries, or damages arising from guest actions or policy violations to the extent permitted by law. Adults-Only (18+) Government ID required. BYOB beer, wine, or seltzer only (no liquor). Per 21+ guest: up to 72 oz beer/seltzer or 750 ml wine. No glass in gaming/VR areas. Intoxicated guests may be removed without refund. Teen Events (13–17) Alcohol prohibited. Minimum 1 adult chaperone per 10 teens. Guardian contact required before doors lock. Late pickup: $25 per 15 minutes after a 10-minute grace period. Signed waiver required.
