-
10‑minute setup period before the scheduled start time.
-
10‑minute cleanup period after the scheduled end time.
-
Guests may not enter before setup or remain after cleanup.
-
Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled party time.
1.4 Overtime & Overages
If guests remain in the party room or continue activities beyond the cleanup period, overtime is billed at $40 per 15 minutes. Staff may stop activities or shut down equipment at the scheduled end time.
1.5 Guest Capacity & Supervision
Guest capacity is based on the purchased package (players are counted as guests): Bronze: 8; Silver: 10; Gold: 15.
For events involving minors, the Host must provide 1 adult chaperone per 1 minor. Chaperones are not counted as guests and must actively supervise at all times. Staff are not a substitute for adult supervision.
1.6 Concurrent Use Notice
Standard Parties may overlap with other guests in non‑reserved areas. Private Parties include exclusive use of the party room only; shared areas remain active unless otherwise stated in writing.
1.7 Schedule Interruptions & Remedies
If an operational interruption (e.g., power outage, equipment failure, safety issue) prevents use of the reserved space for 30+ minutes, remedies are: (1) pro‑rated time credit; and (2) a rescheduled party at no additional charge if a credit is not feasible. These are the sole remedies for schedule disruptions.
